Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNLake marketing website and user panel. It explains the data required to provide subscription services, how that data is used, and the limits on its processing. Data handled by third-party payment pages or other external services is subject to their respective policies.

Account and Order Information

No email address is required to register. An account can be created with a username and password, and an email address is not required. The account system processes usernames, information needed for authentication, plan status, and total data usage to verify logins, provide subscriptions, and check allowances. Avoid including unnecessary identifying information in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment method, transaction status, and necessary transaction identifiers. They are used to confirm payments, process refunds, and reconcile accounts. Details and attachments submitted through support tickets are used only to handle the relevant request. Do not submit account passwords, full subscription URLs, or personal information unrelated to the issue.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNLake does not record which websites users visit through subscription routes. It does not store browsing content, destination websites, or DNS query history, nor does it create records that could reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

This service does not persistently store user connection logs or retain a mapping of source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times that could trace an individual session. Temporary session state used to forward data during a connection is released when the session ends. Account data usage totals and plan allowances are billing information and do not include browsing destinations. The no-logs policy does not mean that account records needed for login, orders, and support are not processed.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page usage and how visitors arrive at the site. They may include page URLs, referral categories, visit times, device and browser categories, and button click events. Analytics are limited to pages on this site and do not extend to other websites users access through subscription routes. Passwords and subscription credentials should not be included in analytics events.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save login credentials and language preferences, and support page analytics. The user panel uses local storage to save authentication credentials. You can clear site data or restrict cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may require you to log in again and will reset your preferences. On shared devices, log out and clear site data after use.

Third-Party Payments and Disclosure

This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider or transaction network. VPNLake receives the payment result and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders; users are not asked to submit payment account passwords or wallet private keys to this site.

Third parties handle transaction information according to their own rules, and VPNLake does not control records on public transaction networks. This service does not sell users' personal information. If disclosure is necessary to fulfill an order, resolve a dispute, or respond to a valid legal request, it is limited to the information relevant and necessary for that purpose.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and manage accounts. Order and refund records are retained for financial reconciliation, dispute handling, and as required by applicable law. Support ticket data is cleared once the request is resolved and related review needs have ended. Analytics data is retained only for as long as needed for analysis; no promise of indefinite retention is made.

Log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Account ownership will be verified before processing, and the scope of data that can be deleted will be explained. Deletion may affect login, subscription use, and access to past orders. Records that must be retained by law or are involved in an ongoing dispute will be restricted to necessary uses and cleared when the retention basis ends. Clearing browser data does not also delete your server-side account.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy changes, the revised content will be published on this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to the purposes or scope of data processing will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, updating this page does not replace that consent.

If you have questions about this policy or need to make a privacy request, submit a support ticket through the user panel and describe your request. See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Refund Policy for refund procedures.
