Refund Policy

This policy explains VPNLake's refund commitment, how to submit a request, and how payment refunds are handled. Keep your order records and submit a ticket through the relevant account so payment and refund progress can be verified.

Refund Window and Eligibility

You can request a full refund, with no reason required, within 7 days of your first payment. The window is checked against the record of your first successful payment. You do not need to cite connection or speed issues, or complete troubleshooting before applying.

Specify which order you want refunded. The window starts with your first payment and does not restart when you renew, upgrade, or purchase an additional data package. If your request involves multiple orders, list each one separately so the payment records are not handled as a single transaction.

What Is and Is Not Covered

If you try the service during the refund window and decide it is not right for you, you can still request a refund under the commitment above. Normal data use during the window is not grounds for denying a full refund without a reason. This policy does not introduce undisclosed usage-based deductions or data-use thresholds.

Requests made after the window are not covered by this no-reason full refund commitment. Orders that have not been paid, did not complete payment, or have already been refunded have no remaining payment to refund. Report duplicate charges and other payment issues separately in a ticket so they can be checked against the actual payment records.

If a case involves unusual use beyond a plan's allowance, a payment dispute, or an account violation, the order and relevant records must be reviewed first; data usage alone is not enough to determine a violation. The review outcome and its basis should be explained in a ticket. A vague label such as “unusual activity” is not a substitute for an explanation, and no new restriction that conflicts with the refund commitment is introduced here.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel and open the ticket page. State that you are requesting a refund and provide the order ID, payment date and time, payment method, and proof of payment for verification. No email address is required; continue any follow-up in the original ticket.

You may redact personal information that is not needed for verification, but leave the transaction status and transaction ID visible. Do not share your account password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If you cannot sign in, first review the account guidance in the Help Center, and do not post payment proof publicly.

Keep a record of your ticket after submitting it. If more information is needed, provide it as requested in the ticket. Use the original ticket for the same order whenever possible to follow its progress from review through refund processing.

Refund Route and Processing Status

Where a transaction supports a refund to its original payment method, that is the default route. Submitting a request, completing verification, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. A ticket being accepted does not mean the funds have arrived.

Processing time depends on the payment provider. This policy does not promise a fixed timeframe beyond what is stated in the applicable facts. After a refund is initiated, check the ticket response alongside the transaction history in your original payment account. If the statuses do not match, add the records to the original ticket for further review.

Payment Method Handling

For Alipay / WeChat Pay orders, the original transaction is verified first, then handled through a refund route supported by the payment provider. If the original provider cannot process the refund at that time, the status and next steps should be explained in the ticket. The refund will not automatically be redirected to another account.

USDT transactions do not have the same reversal process as other payment methods. The original transaction ID, network, and recipient details must be verified before the available refund method is confirmed in a ticket. Any refund amount, conversion method, or network fee must be clearly explained and confirmed. No undisclosed rate is assumed, and you will not be asked to send funds to an unfamiliar address first.

Service After a Refund and Disputes

Refund processing should include an explanation of how the service benefits tied to that order will be adjusted. Do not treat a refunded order as an active subscription or data package. Any separate benefits associated with other orders should be checked independently.

If you have questions about the outcome, ask for the reasoning in the original ticket and provide any relevant order records. For plan billing and usage rules, see the Plans page and the Terms of Service. This page's refund commitment for a first payment is not subject to undisclosed additional conditions.
